By downloading, installing, or using any ZRStudio application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

License to Use

ZRStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable app store terms.

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Install and use our applications on devices you own or control
  • Use our applications for lawful purposes
  • Make backup copies for personal use

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
  • Remove or modify copyright notices or proprietary markings
  • Use our applications for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Distribute or resell our applications without permission

Third-Party Integrations

Google Drive Integration

When using features that integrate with Google Drive:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
  • You must comply with Google's Terms of Service
  • ZRStudio is not responsible for Google's services or policies
  • You can revoke access permissions at any time through your Google Account settings
Apple App Store

Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All ZRStudio applications, including their design, code, and functionality, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. ZRStudio retains all rights not expressly granted to you.

Privacy and Data

Your use of our applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not collect unnecessary personal information.

Updates and Modifications

We may update our applications and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our applications after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Disclaimers

ZRStudio applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZRStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our applications.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by discontinuing use of our applications. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
